Interviews

  • 4 participants: 2 eco-conscious individuals, 1 frugal shopper, and 1 grocery deliverer

  • I provided 8 tasks for the interview

  • Watched how the participants interacted with the app with limited verbal involvement

If an item isn’t available at one store, GreenCart can source it from another — without extra effort from the user.

A flat monthly subscription eliminates surprise fees and builds trust. Partner discounts are applied automatically to help offset costs.

Each month, users receive insights showing:
